The Central Bekaa Industrial Park for Technology is BALADAC’s flagship development: an industrial park planned around technology manufacturing, research, and the supply chains that support them.
BALADAC is leading the expansion of the park from a Lebanese industrial development into a Pan-Arab industrial technology hub, and is currently in the fundraising phase for the project.
Why the Central Bekaa
The Bekaa sits on Lebanon’s main inland corridor, with road access toward Beirut and the Syrian border, flat developable land at altitude, and an established agricultural and light-industrial base. It gives an industrial park something coastal sites in Lebanon cannot: contiguous land at scale, at a cost that supports long-horizon industrial tenants.
Current stage
The project is in its fundraising phase. BALADAC is speaking with investors, development finance institutions, and regional partners interested in industrial and technology infrastructure in the Levant.
