How we work
Acquire adjoining lots and consolidate them into a single site large enough to plan properly, rather than parcel by parcel.
Set the master plan: the road grid, the infrastructure runs, the lot subdivision, and the building regulations for each lot.
Build the roads and infrastructure before release, so a buyer purchases a serviced plot rather than a promise.
Release and sell the lots, with the regulations published and attached so the development stays coherent as it fills in.
