Chtourama Hills is a large-scale land development spanning the hills above Chtoura, Jdita, and Zebdol, on the western edge of the Bekaa where the valley floor rises toward the Beirut road.
BALADAC has launched the planning phase for the development.
The setting
Chtoura is the Bekaa’s commercial crossroads and the natural stopping point on the Beirut–Damascus road. The land above it looks east across the valley toward the Anti-Lebanon range, with the elevation and outlook that valley-floor plots do not have, while staying within easy reach of Chtoura’s services and the main highway.
Current stage
The project is in planning. Work at this stage covers the master plan, the road and infrastructure layout, lot subdivision, and the building regulations that will apply to each lot.
