An industrial hub in the heart of the Bekaa

In the heart of the Bekaa Valley, Lebanon, only 45 km from the capital Beirut and at 870 m above sea level, MANDARA is strategically positioned as the centre of the industrial zone in the Bekaa Valley, with more than 100 large, medium, and small manufacturing plants either operating or being erected in this zone — among them A-Z Manufacturing, Dalal Steel Industries, Saccal Group, and Kassatly Chtoura. The industrial zone includes lots from Kab Elias (Mandara), Chabrakiyet Tabet, and Taanayel.

With roads, power, water, and infrastructure provided by both the local municipality of Kab Elias and government agencies, and easy access to the forthcoming Arab Highway — less than 3 km away — the MANDARA industrial zone is well equipped to provide the manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics needs of companies wanting to reduce their overheads from facilities in Beirut and its suburbs, while remaining within 30 minutes of the centre of their operations.

Mandara operations become the tenant’s:

1. new manufacturing hub;
2. medium to long term storage facility, with short term storage maintained in Beirut or its suburbs; and/or
3. logistics hub for operations serving Lebanon, Syria, and the Levant.

Phase 1

In the Mandara industrial zone, BALADAC launched in 2014 the first phase of the MANDARA Industrial Park, with a development and lease/sale programme of built-to-specs industrial facilities for manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics operations. The first phase provides up to 40,000 SQM of built-to-specs facilities, available for lease from July 2014 onward.
