- Depending on the Tenant needs and TOR, the minimum lease period will vary from 3 to 7 years
- For extended lease periods, the annual payment will increase every 3 years by a minimum of 10%
- For all lease periods, lease payment is effected annually at the start date of the lease period
- For all lease periods, a cash deposit or bank guarantee for the lease payment of 1 year will be required from all tenants
